Personal Assistant · Google app name: OpenClaw
Privacy policy
Effective 6 October 2026
Personal Assistant is a private app maintained by Ramon for his own use. This policy explains how it handles Google Calendar information and how this public website operates.
Information the assistant accesses
After the owner authorises Google access, the app can access the account’s email address, calendar list and event information, including titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations, attendees and meeting links. The Calendar permission also permits event changes. The assistant uses calendar changes only to carry out the owner’s requests.
How information is used
Calendar information is used to answer the owner’s questions, prepare agenda summaries and reminders, and carry out requested calendar operations. Relevant information may be included in assistant conversations and sent to configured AI service providers to generate responses. Responses may be sent through the owner’s configured messaging services. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy policies.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used by this app to train general-purpose AI models. Personal Assistant’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and protection
Authorisation credentials, assistant conversations and operational records are stored on owner-managed infrastructure with restricted access. Credentials and private records are kept out of this public website and its source repository. Routine backups of private assistant data are encrypted.
Retention and deletion
Credentials remain stored while the integration is connected. Conversations and operational records may remain until the owner deletes them; there is no automatic short retention period promised for these records. Encrypted backups are retained according to the configured backup rotation, so deleted information may remain in backups until those backups expire. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete previously stored assistant records.
Control over access
The owner can revoke this app’s Google access at any time through Google Account connections, and can remove stored credentials and records from the assistant’s infrastructure. For questions or deletion requests, contact the maintainer using the support email shown on the app’s Google consent screen.
This public website
This site has no account registration, tracking scripts or analytics cookies. The hosting server and, when enabled, Cloudflare process ordinary connection information such as IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps to serve and protect the site. The website does not display or collect Calendar information.
Policy updates
This page will be updated if the app’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
